WORLD CUP ACTIVATION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who Runs This Activation

This Activation is operated by the following parties:

Organizer: Sura GG Corp., Morgan & Morgan Building, P.O. Box 958, Pasea Estate, Road Town, Tortola, BVI. Sura manages the campaign, participation mechanics, and allocation logic.

Game Operator: Tingz Labs Inc., 3045, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA. Tingz manages gameplay systems, backend infrastructure, and leaderboard integrity.

Access Provider: Mom3ntum Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. Mom3ntum, through ticket.mom3ntum.io, manages access redemption, reservation, validation, and any ticket purchase flow.

For clarity, Sura does not issue, sell, hold, fulfill, or distribute tickets.

2. Activation Period

The Activation runs from 20 April 2026 to 3 May 2026.

Sura may modify, extend, suspend, or end the Activation if reasonably necessary for operational, legal, technical, anti-fraud, partner, or commercial reasons. Any material change will be communicated through the app or official campaign channels where reasonably possible.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;

• provide accurate and complete information;

• hold a valid Sura account in good standing; and

• comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Sura, Tingz, and/or Mom3ntum may request identity, eligibility, or anti-fraud verification at any time.

4. How the Activation Works

Participation in the Activation may generate points and leaderboard ranking. Points are used only for campaign positioning and have no cash value.

Depending on your ranking or status, you may become eligible for one of the following:

Direct Access: certain top-ranked users may receive an opportunity to enter a ticket reservation or purchase flow.

Guaranteed Access: selected users may receive a reserved opportunity to purchase a ticket at official face value, subject to availability, verification, and redemption through ticket.mom3ntum.io.

Priority Access: an optional paid feature that may improve your position in the allocation logic, but does not guarantee any ticket, reservation, or successful purchase.

5. Access Is Not a Ticket

Any access right, access token, reservation status, leaderboard position, or campaign reward shown in the Activation is not a ticket and does not by itself grant entry to any event.

Any ticket, if made available, must be separately redeemed, reserved, and/or purchased through ticket.mom3ntum.io and remains subject to availability, verification, pricing, timing rules, and Mom3ntum’s own terms.

6. Priority Access

If offered, Priority Access:

• is optional;

• costs USD 15;

• may improve your position in the allocation logic only;

• does not guarantee ticket availability, reservation, or purchase; and

• is non-refundable, except where refund is required by applicable law.

Priority Access is a campaign feature and not a lottery ticket, raffle ticket, or gambling product.

7. Redemption and Claim Deadlines

If you are selected for an access opportunity, you must complete the required steps within the deadline communicated to you.

Unless stated otherwise, if you do not claim or complete redemption within 72 hours of notification, the opportunity may be cancelled or reassigned without compensation.

To redeem any reward or access right, you must use the same verified email address and/or matching account details used in the Sura campaign and on ticket.mom3ntum.io. If account details do not match, redemption may be refused or cancelled.

8. Fair Play

You may not:

• use bots, scripts, automation, or any non-human method of participation;

• create or use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage;

• manipulate gameplay, scoring, ranking, or redemption flows;

• submit false or misleading information; or

• exploit bugs, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities.

Tingz server records, logs, and system data are the final record for gameplay, scoring, and leaderboard integrity.

9. Disqualification

Sura, Tingz, and/or Mom3ntum may suspend or disqualify any participant, cancel rankings, or refuse redemption if they reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, identity mismatch, ineligibility, breach of these Terms, or failure to satisfy verification requirements.

10. Data Sharing and Privacy

By participating, you agree that Sura may share the minimum data necessary with Tingz and Mom3ntum to operate the Activation and process redemption through ticket.mom3ntum.io.

This may include, where relevant:

• email address;

• account identifiers;

• gameplay activity;

• leaderboard position;

• redemption status; and

• anti-fraud or verification-related information.

This data may be used to:

• operate and administer the Activation;

• verify eligibility and ranking;

• prevent fraud or abuse; and

• process rewards, reservation flows, and ticket-related redemption.

Each party processes personal data under its own privacy practices and legal responsibilities. Once data is transferred to a third party for redemption or fulfillment, that third party is responsible for its own processing activities. 

Sura is not responsible for the independent privacy, security, retention, or operational practices of third-party platforms involved in redemption or fulfillment.

11. Ticket Fulfillment and Third-Party Responsibility

All ticket inventory, reservation mechanics, issuance, delivery, pricing, validation, and event access are managed by Mom3ntum through ticket.mom3ntum.io and/or other third parties involved in fulfillment.

Accordingly, Sura and Tingz are not responsible for:

• ticket inventory availability;

• seat category, match allocation, or purchase outcome;

• failed or incomplete redemption on ticket.mom3ntum.io;

• ticket delivery or ticketing errors;

• event cancellation, postponement, venue change, access restrictions, or organizer decisions; or

• any action or omission by Mom3ntum, FIFA, the venue, the rights holder, or any ticketing or event partner.

12. No Cash Alternative; No Transfer

Unless required by law, rewards, access rights, and reservation opportunities:

• have no cash alternative;

• may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged; and

• may be cancelled if resale, abuse, or unauthorized transfer is detected.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sura and Tingz are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Activation.

Where a participant has paid for Priority Access, Sura’s total liability in relation to that paid feature will not exceed the amount actually paid by that participant for it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

15. Order of Documents

In the event of conflict between these Terms and any campaign FAQ or marketing material, these Terms prevail. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the separate terms of Mom3ntum or another fulfillment provider relating specifically to ticket reservation, issuance, or redemption, the provider’s fulfillment-specific terms shall apply to that fulfillment process.
