1. Organizer

This Activation is operated by:

Organizer: Sura GG Corp.
Game Operator: Tingz Labs Inc.
Access Provider: Mom3ntum Inc.

For clarity: Sura does not issue, sell, or distribute tickets.

2. Activation Period

The Activation runs from May 4, 2026 to May 10, 2026.

The draw will take place on May 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM (GMT-3).

Sura may modify or suspend the Activation at any time for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate information

• Have a valid Sura account

• Comply with these Terms

4. How it works

Participation may generate points and/or entries for the draw.

Points:

• Are used only within the campaign

• Have no monetary value

Winners are selected via random draw.

5. The Prize

The prize consists of access to tickets for the Uruguay vs Spain match, subject to:

• Availability

• Verification

• Provider conditions

Tickets:

• Are not issued by Sura

• Must be processed via Mom3ntum

6. Claim process

If selected:

• You must complete the process within the indicated timeframe

• Unless stated otherwise, the deadline is 72 hours

Failure to claim may result in cancellation.

7. Fair Play

The following is not allowed:

• Bots or automation

• Multiple accounts

• System manipulation

8. Disqualification

Users may be disqualified in case of fraud or violation of these Terms.

9. Personal Data

By participating, you agree to data sharing with partners for campaign operation.

10. Liability

Ticket handling is the responsibility of Mom3ntum.

Sura is not responsible for availability or ticketing issues.

• The prize is non-transferable

• No cash value

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
